Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have already been completed or if we have initiated the process of shipping either by ourselves or through the vendors/merchants/representatives whom we may appoint from time to time.

- No cancellations are allowed for products on which 1K marketing team has given special offers for various purposes including but not limited to special occasions like New Year, festivals, etc. These are limited validity offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site/application and/or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

- The refund is applicable for our products/services only until it’s dispatched to you.

- Please include your order number (sent to you via SMS after your order) and do tell us why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

- All refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 14 (Fourteen) business days of receiving cancellation request and mode of refund would be same through which the original transaction was done.

Cancelation Criteria

- Wrong Address: Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Retailer's address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.

- Wrong price or description: In case the price or specification mentioned on product is wrong

- Unavailability of products: in exceptional cases, if a product runs "out of stock" with 1K, the order will be cancelled.

- Outside serviceable area: If the area falls under "Non Serviceable zone" or "out of delivery area" by 1K, even after placing the order in that case order can be cancelled.

- Fraud: Suspected fraudulent transactions would be cancelled automatically by 1K

- Incomplete payment: Non-payment or incomplete payment for the order would lead to cancellation.


Reasons for Returns & Replacements

- Product is damaged/defective.

- Product is expired

- Product is different from the description on the 1K application.

- Wrong item delivered (Wrong Colour/Wrong Size/Wrong item)

- Missing parts/accessories.

In any of the above cases, it must be reported to us through your registered email ID at (support@godaddy.1knetworks.com) within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the product along with the supporting pictures. Customers can also call us at 011 4221 3344(Helpline Number) within 48 hours from the time of delivery

Terms and Conditions for Returns

- In case of returns, the customer needs to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order

- Products should be unused

- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

- Invoice should be available at the time of return

- In cases where the return is approved by our team, we will raise a request for reverse pickup. Once the pickup is arranged we will collect the product within 2-3 business days

- In case, after receiving the product if we found any discrepancy by our Quality inspection team, we will re-ship the product to the retailer and in that case retailer will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment in order to receive the product. No courier charges for sending the product will be reimbursed.

- Once the quality check is passed, we will try to arrange a replacement (depending on the availability of the product) or a refund where applicable


- Once the order gets cancelled, the amount will be refunded to the retailer to the initial mode of payment chosen by the retailer at the time of placing the order.

- For payments done by Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets, it may take – 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

- If the original mode of payment was Cash or Cheque then the retailer needs to share below mentioned details along with the return request at our email Id (support@godaddy.1knetworks.com) from his registered email id

2. Account Holder name
3. IFSC Code

After receiving the refund confirmation, the refund will be processed in 3-4 business days and the same will reflect in your account in another 7-10 business days.
